Position Overview:

The role is crucial in achieving the strategic objectives and annual targets of the company by delivering outstanding service and support that reflects Happyhiller's vision, mission, and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of care.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and assess performance metrics.
  • Manage key operational sectors, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC services, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with procurement, field services, and IT to implement best practices across the organization.
  • Ensure employee engagement aligns with company objectives.
  • Communicate company goals and metrics clearly to department leaders.
  • Provide guidance to the Branch General Manager team.
  • Focus on safeguarding company assets and expanding its resources.
  • Assist in formulating the company's vision and growth strategy.
  • Accountable for team performance and progress towards company objectives.
  • Develop operational plans for each division that support the broader strategic framework.
  • Enhance the company's reputation through collaboration with customers, community organizations, and employees.
  • Train, mentor, and coach future leaders within the company.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with over eight years of experience in a leadership capacity within a multi-service business environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally at all organizational levels.
  • Capability to delegate responsibilities and cultivate leadership skills in team members.
  • A collaborative and customer-focused work ethic.
  • A strong desire to lead a team effectively to achieve positive results.
