Job Overview

We are in search of a Regional Operations Leader with a strong background in the pizza industry to join our team. This role will oversee the execution of our C-store pizza initiative across multiple locations.

The Regional Operations Leader will be responsible for comprehensive planning, direction, evaluation, and guidance as we implement this program across our extensive network of locations. A crucial aspect of this position is having current experience in the pizza sector.

Key Qualifications:

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a similar capacity
  • Demonstrated leadership experience as a District Manager in a pizza restaurant
  • A minimum of 5 years in multi-unit leadership
  • Proficient in P&L management
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
  • Must successfully pass background and drug screening
  • Willingness to travel is essential
