Job Description

**Job Summary**

The Director of Regional Operations will oversee the operations of the practices at Specialty Dental Brands. This role will provide leadership and guidance in various areas, including patient relations, employee relations, and working closely with Office Managers and the Specialty Team to ensure they achieve their operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee offices in the group to ensure excellence in patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Office Managers and the Specialty Team to achieve operational goals.
  • Manage and review key performance indicators (KPIs) with Office Managers.
  • Build strong partnerships with partner doctors, Office Managers, and the Specialty Team to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Office Managers and the Specialty Team to review KPIs, strategic initiatives, and practice operations.
  • Monitor revenue, collections, and costs to ensure proper management and growth.
  • Make effective operational decisions based on data analysis and other organizational resources.
  • Active management and ownership of specialty-level profit and loss statements to ensure growth and profitability.
  • Recruit, hire, develop, and retain talent through training, coaching, and setting expectations.
  • Effectively execute operational best practices, including compliance with established internal policies, OSHA, HIPAA, and other government regulations.
  • Identify opportunities and challenges within the regions and create action plans to execute process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of five (5) years of management experience in multi-unit industries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong skills in fostering working relationships
  • Ability to travel within assigned regions
