Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Proficient in current best practices for retail operations, methods, and standards
• Strong analytical skills to interpret quantitative and qualitative data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Team-oriented individual with the ability to both lead and support
• Flexible work schedule to accommodate store hours
• Proficient with contemporary retail software and computer systems
