  • Work alongside the Regional Head of People Operations to refine processes that support the growth of Soho House & Co.
  • Engage in hearings related to employment laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate the communication and execution of HR policies for all team members.
  • Oversee talent acquisition processes and personnel management.
  • Administer employee benefit programs and initiatives to enhance engagement.
  • Manage compensation structures, employee transitions, and onboarding programs.
  • Evaluate turnover metrics and devise strategies based on analytical insights.
  • Champion positive employee relations initiatives to foster a supportive work environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with key departments to ensure cohesive decision-making and mutual respect.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills in navigating complex situations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Regional Head of People Operations.

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in HR management, ideally within the hospitality sector.
  • Expertise in HR systems and knowledge of employment law.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • In-depth understanding of employment laws and labor regulations.
  • Capability to lead teams and make challenging decisions.
