Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Store Manager to lead our team of Sales Associates in achieving sales, customer service, and operational targets. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership, coaching, and business management skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Develop and execute business plans to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure efficient store operations
  • Collaborate with field executives and senior managers to drive business growth and development
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to drive customer loyalty and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on developing and empowering team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale software
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
