Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve sales goals, both personal and store-wide, to drive business growth and revenue increase.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure accurate sales data recording, completion of all operational tasks, and maintenance of visual standards throughout the store.
- Team Management: Create and manage the store schedule, handle employee time off requests, and holiday scheduling, while fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Client Satisfaction: Address in-store client issues, solicit feedback on product assortment, and collaborate with the Merchandising Manager to place stock and replenishment orders.
- Event Planning: Plan, execute, and promote in-store events to cultivate the client base and drive sales.
Requirements:
