We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, managing a team of retail professionals, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct the daily operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Lead and develop a team of retail professionals, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Maintain a positive and courteous environment for customers and team members, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Be responsible for scheduling, bank deposits, cash handling procedures, and analyzing daily sales and expense information.
  • Record-keeping, scheduling, analyzing store reports, managing inventory, and cash control are also key responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of sales growth and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
