Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer engagement, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, managers, and stockroom staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer interaction is exceptional, and that customers feel valued, informed, and supported throughout their shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stockroom organization, and ensure that merchandise is accurately received, stored, and displayed.
  • Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create visually appealing store displays, windows, and in-store promotions that drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and mitigate potential loss risks, and develop strategies to prevent theft and shrinkage.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean, safe, and secure manner, and that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience: In a customer-facing retail environment, with a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using inventory management systems, POS systems, and other retail technology.

**Salary Range:** $26.00-$39.00 per hour

**Benefits:** Competitive compensation package, including base salary, commission earnings, bonus, and other benefits.
