IRONFAB LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to provide comprehensive administrative and financial support to our business owner and project management team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our company by managing various administrative tasks and financial responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Payroll Coordination: Collaborate with our external payroll provider to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate monthly reports, including AIA billings and prevailing wage statements, using QuickBooks.
  • Compliance & Administration: Manage insurance, BWC, and DFWP compliance requirements.
  • Job Costing: Track and analyze project costs to ensure profitability.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, prepare forecasts, and assist with budgeting activities.
  • Documentation & Audits: Provide support for fabrication certification documentation and audits.

This is a full-time hourly position with minimal overtime.
