Key Responsibilities:

Essential Duties:

  • Oversee retirement plan management and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting; CPA designation preferred.
  • Over 10 years of progressive experience in financial management.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity, ideally within the healthcare sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with physician compensation frameworks and healthcare financial operations.
  • Familiarity with financial management in commercial real estate.
