Chief Financial Officer

We are currently in search of a qualified candidate for the CFO role at a prominent healthcare organization. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with a competitive salary starting at $200,000.

Key Contributions:
  • Guaranteeing the financial health and expansion of the organization and its affiliates
  • Delivering strategic financial guidance to influence key decisions

Main Duties:
  • Supervise financial reporting, budgeting, and analytical processes for the organization and its affiliates
  • Lead the accounting team and manage general ledger, accounts payable, and payroll functions
  • Collaborate with external accountants for tax compliance
  • Oversee retirement plan management and regulatory adherence
  • Participate in executive management discussions and board meetings
  • Provide essential financial insights to support decision-making
  • Coordinate strategic planning efforts
  • Work together on organizational policies, compensation structures, and employee benefits
  • Maintain connections with financial advisors (bankers, legal advisors, CPAs, etc.)
  • Educate and offer detailed financial analysis to physician stakeholders
  • Partner with HR on various initiatives
  • Direct finance department projects to improve efficiency and transparency
  • Implement and oversee new financial technologies as required


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting; CPA designation preferred
  • Over 10 years of progressive experience in financial management
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity, ideally within the healthcare sector
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with physician compensation frameworks and healthcare finance
  • Understanding of financial management in commercial real estate
