About the Role

As a key member of the Anthropic team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers unlock the full potential of our cutting-edge AI technology. As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive the support and guidance they need to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customized success plans to drive customer growth and adoption
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
  • Provide expert guidance and training to customers on our AI solutions
  • Monitor customer usage and provide proactive support to ensure seamless experience
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer accounts

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of driving customer growth and adoption
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate complex concepts to customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer needs and develop effective solutions

We offer a competitive salary range of $200,000-$240,000 USD, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including equity, health insurance, and paid time off.
