Enterprise Customer Success Manager

At Securiti, we're revolutionizing the way businesses approach data security and governance. As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, value, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of Securiti's Data Command Center.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Directors/Managers of Data Security/Privacy/Governance, Data Engineers, Security Architects, and Privacy teams.
- Design and execute value roadmaps for each customer, driving continued growth and expansion of the Securiti platform footprint.
- Conduct regular cadence calls and quarterly business reviews to measure and monitor customer health metrics and KPIs.
- Partner with the Securiti Account Team to identify opportunities for new usage of Securiti across organizational functions and drive contract renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in customer success, consulting, post-sales technical account management, and similar roles.
- Strong consulting, project management, and/or business analyst skills with proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for both executive and end-user audiences.
- Previous experience with a Cyber/data security solutions company and/or an enterprise software company working with large enterprise customers is highly desired.
