Customer Success Manager

About the Role:
MixRank is a data intelligence platform backed by prominent investors. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the link between MixRank and our enterprise customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Be involved in the final deal stages with Account Executives in closing enterprise deals.
- Onboard new customers with a well-defined onboarding process.
- Maintain a knowledge base for customers.
- Create and execute SQL queries to answer common questions.
- Handle customer escalations and be the point of contact for client communications.
- Create customer health scores to assist the sales team in forecasting renewals.
Qualifications:
EXCELLENT communication skills — both written and oral. SQL query experience is essential, with basic knowledge of database systems as a plus. Project management experience is necessary, along with the ability to handle client escalations and be the focal point of MixRank communications. Experience with CRMs is a plus. Must be a self-learner with a high degree of accountability.
