About the Role

As a key member of our TaxBit team, you will play a critical role in driving customer success and growth. We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional results for our enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customized customer success plans to drive retention, adoption, and growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Identify and prioritize customer needs, and develop solutions to address them
  • Monitor and report on key customer metrics, and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
