Role Overview

A Chloé Boutique Manager serves as the primary representative of the Maison, responsible for warmly welcoming each guest into the Chloé family.

A Client Advocate
  • Guides the team in establishing and nurturing enduring relationships with clients.
  • Implements and tracks CRM objectives for the boutique and individual stylists, executing all necessary actions to achieve them.
  • Oversees contact campaigns and ensures effective use of all CRM tools.
  • Maintains the client database, with a particular focus on Very Important Clients (VIC) of the store.
  • Proactively suggests activities to meet or surpass client expectations.
An Omnichannel Business Leader
  • Demonstrates leadership on the sales floor to enhance business performance and customer service.
  • Ensures full team engagement with the omnichannel services provided by the Maison.
  • Develops monthly, quarterly, and yearly action plans to boost business in alignment with Maison strategy, adjusting based on performance evaluations.
  • Sets and monitors retail objectives for the boutique and individual stylists.
  • Actively participates in commercial initiatives and proposes innovative ideas to enhance business.
  • Stays informed about the local market and competitor activities.
  • Conducts energizing team briefings to maintain high motivation levels.
  • Performs individual monthly and yearly performance evaluations with all team members.
  • Coaches the team on the sales floor, identifies training needs, implements training, and leads individual development plans with consistent follow-up.
  • Oversees recruitment and onboarding of team members, ensuring effective collaboration with the HR department.
  • Exemplifies leadership, fosters a positive team spirit, and embodies Chloé's values of entrepreneurship, collaboration, excellence, creativity, and positive impact.
  • Actively participates in the Store Managers community, sharing best practices and providing support.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
An Operations Excellence Supervisor
  • Proactively collaborates with operations or retail managers to address repairs or suggest enhancements in operations, processes, or the overall boutique environment.
  • Ensures adherence to all guidelines related to store and back-of-house management and sustainability.
  • Manages payroll, expenses, and inventory control.
  • Ensures compliance with established policies and standards.
  • Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs as required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, specifically in concession business management.
  • At least 10 years of experience in luxury retail.
  • Operationally adept, capable of translating strategies into actionable plans.
  • Possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit, leadership capabilities, and sales acumen.
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
  • Excellent communicator with a passion for building relationships and networking, possessing strong social skills.
  • Able to effectively lead, mentor, and develop team members from diverse backgrounds.
  • Skilled in analyzing sales reports, identifying business trends, and responding swiftly to business needs.
  • Strong commitment to client satisfaction, luxury service standards, etiquette, and understanding of human behavior.
