Your Role
As a Jewelry Sales Associate, you will foster connections with clients by providing exceptional service, expert styling advice, and personalized engagement, positioning yourself as their trusted advisor in luxury fashion.
Key Responsibilities
- Embrace a customer-first approach in all interactions.
- Exhibit in-depth knowledge of jewelry trends and styling to enhance sales performance.
- Adapt your sales techniques for both in-person and remote client interactions using advanced technology.
- Meet and exceed personal sales targets, client conversion rates, and styling objectives.
- Strategically manage your client portfolio to boost productivity through effective outreach and technology utilization.
- Leverage digital platforms and social media to engage clients and drive traffic to our offerings.
- Contribute to a collaborative and positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Driven individual with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Proficient in utilizing technology for client engagement and sales.
- Background in styling, fashion, or luxury retail preferred.
- Experience in commission-based sales is advantageous.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
