Your Responsibilities: As a Luxury Hospitality Client Relations Specialist, you will:

  • Be proficient in both English and French (additional languages are advantageous).
  • Deliver exceptional concierge and front desk services, arranging private tours, events, activities, and reservations tailored to guests' preferences.
  • Ensure that every guest interaction embodies the elegance and discretion characteristic of our luxury boutique experience.
  • Utilize your bilingual skills to serve an international clientele, enhancing their experience with personalized attention.
  • Oversee and implement social media initiatives to promote events and engage with prospective guests.
  • Adopt a sustainable approach in all operational practices, aligning with our commitment to ethical sourcing and environmental stewardship.
  • Create extraordinary guest experiences that lead to improved reservation statistics and high levels of guest satisfaction.
