Position Overview

The Luxury Boutique Manager serves as the primary representative of the brand, responsible for warmly welcoming each visitor into the boutique experience. As a pivotal leader, the Boutique Manager oversees all aspects of boutique operations.

Client Relationship Advocate

Guides the team in fostering and nurturing enduring relationships with clientele.

Establishes and tracks client relationship management (CRM) objectives for the boutique and individual stylists, executing necessary actions to achieve these goals.

Orchestrates client outreach initiatives and oversees the effective utilization of CRM resources.

Maintains a comprehensive client database, with a particular focus on very important clients (VIC) of the boutique.

Proactively suggests activities to surpass client expectations.

Omnichannel Business Leader

Demonstrates exemplary leadership on the sales floor to enhance business performance and elevate customer service standards.

Ensures the entire team is fully engaged with the omnichannel services provided by the brand.

Develops and implements monthly, quarterly, and yearly action plans to drive business growth in alignment with brand strategy, adjusting based on performance evaluations.

Sets and monitors retail objectives for the boutique and individual stylists.

Actively participates in commercial initiatives and proactively presents innovative ideas to enhance business outcomes.

Stays informed about the local market landscape and competitor activities.

Conducts energizing team meetings to maintain high motivation levels.

Performs individual performance assessments on a monthly and yearly basis with all team members.

Engages in floor sales to mentor the team, identify training needs, implement training programs, and lead individual development plans with consistent follow-up.

Oversees the recruitment and onboarding of team members, ensuring effective collaboration with the human resources department.

Exemplifies leadership, fosters a positive team environment, and embodies the brand's values of entrepreneurship, collaboration, excellence, creativity, and social responsibility.

Actively participates in the community of Store Managers, sharing best practices and providing mutual support.

Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Operational Excellence Coordinator

Proactively collaborates with operations or retail managers to address repairs or propose enhancements in operational processes and the overall boutique environment.

Ensures adherence to all guidelines related to store management, back-of-house operations, and sustainability practices.

Manages payroll, expenditures, and inventory control.

Ensures compliance with established company policies and standards.

Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds as required.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, with a focus on concession business management.

At least 10 years of experience in luxury retail.

Operationally adept, capable of translating strategies into actionable plans.

Possesses a strong entrepreneurial mindset, leadership capabilities, and sales proficiency.

A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and empathy.

Exceptional communicator, passionate about building relationships and networking, with excellent social skills.

Ability to effectively lead, mentor, and develop team members from diverse backgrounds.

Skilled in analyzing sales reports, identifying business trends, and responding swiftly to business needs.

Strong commitment to client satisfaction, luxury service standards, etiquette, and understanding of human behavior.
