Role Summary:

The Lead Technical Client Manager will oversee several of our most critical Agency and Brand partnerships, enhancing our integrations with both clients and partners. This role is essential in translating company strategies through optimized technical operations. We seek an individual who possesses a strong understanding of web technologies, is quick to learn, and is comfortable navigating complex challenges. You will lead high-profile projects and share best practices with a dynamic team of Technical Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the post-sale technical relationship for a portfolio of accounts, including Holding Companies and Brands. Engage in strategic discussions to support initiatives requiring technical expertise.
  • Understand our capabilities and unique selling points to assist the team in identifying opportunities that address business needs and promote revenue growth.
  • Lead the establishment of project tracking and portfolio-specific objectives aligned with the company's vision, and create a framework for reporting progress to leadership.
  • Conceive, scope, and manage engineering projects to facilitate scalable custom solutions across brands and Holding Companies.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with other functional leaders to tackle business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and enhance efficiency across the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in technical consulting and the ability to influence client technical investments that yield positive business results.
  • A passion for educating and training others, coupled with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven project/program management skills, including timeline setting, stakeholder management, and independently driving initiatives forward. Exceptional attention to detail is essential.
  • Familiarity with formal project management methodologies is advantageous.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to advocate for your team in collaborations with Commercial and Technical divisions.
  • Effective decision-making skills that focus on clearly defining context, remaining solution-oriented, and building advocacy with leadership when necessary.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate new technical concepts to others.

    What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical client-facing role.
  • Proficient in Excel, Office, and Outlook.
  • Experience with SQL, web technologies, programming languages, and APIs is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating with clients, product, and engineering teams, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in digital advertising technology is a significant advantage.
