Role & Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Project Manager plays a pivotal role in our agency's success. This individual will lead the implementation of complex eCommerce strategies, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of technical elements such as third-party integrations and data migrations. They will take full ownership of projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the successful launch of Shopify Plus websites.

  • Client Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for clients, reviewing all relevant documentation to tailor an onboarding plan that meets their specific needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and challenges.
  • Project Planning & Management: Collaborate with the team to develop detailed project plans that outline deliverables, responsibilities, timelines, and costs.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of eCommerce best practices to effectively address client inquiries and manage project risks.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Shopify Plus capabilities, including migration processes from various platforms.
  • Task Management: Clearly communicate task requirements and manage timelines to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage client budgets, ensuring accurate tracking of time and resources.
  • Education & Mentorship: Stay updated on industry trends and provide guidance to team members.
  • Department Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to enhance team processes and deliverables.
