Role Summary

In the capacity of Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will collaborate closely with our client-facing teams to guarantee the technical success of our clientele. Your responsibilities will encompass project management aspects to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new clients, as well as serving as the technical expert for our existing clients in conjunction with our Supply team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the authoritative technical voice to enhance customer relationships alongside the Supply Success team.
  • Guide new publishers through the onboarding journey while educating them on technical best practices.
  • Work with external vendors and partners, including SSPs, publishers, ad exchanges, and CMS platforms, to facilitate successful integrations.
  • Identify knowledge gaps among customers and develop documentation to address these areas.
  • Engage in discovery sessions to comprehend customer technical requirements, ensuring their success.
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues for campaigns running on Screenverse publishers.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and suggest product enhancements.
Qualifications
  • Familiarity with web APIs, JSON, and Postman (Note: a technical assessment will be conducted during the hiring process).
  • Experience in customer-facing roles or a strong desire to transition into such a position.
  • Ability to diagnose issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Eagerness to learn about complex systems and their impact on our customers.
  • Genuine interest in the Digital Out-Of-Home (DOOH) advertising sector.
  • Proficient in using Excel and similar analytical tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of SSPs, DSPs, and ad exchange dynamics.
  • Prior knowledge of DOOH and programmatic DOOH.
  • Experience with modern programming languages.
  • Previous experience in technical account management or customer success for a technical product.

Salary is determined based on various factors, including relevant experience, skills, and other job-related qualifications. The expected salary range for this position is between: $75K - $95K.
