Job Description

We are seeking experienced Enterprise Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team as we embark on a new chapter of growth and expansion. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for targeting and engaging with large companies in specific vertical industries, developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate and expand CADDi's market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Identify and target key accounts within specific vertical industries, developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate and expand CADDi's market share.
  • High-Level Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment and smooth progression of the sales process.
  • Customer Engagement: Commit to building trust and understanding customer needs through in-person interactions, tailoring solutions that deliver unmatched value.
  • Prospecting and Proposal Development: Dedicate time to prospecting new clients and crafting compelling proposals that address client needs and challenges.
  • Remote Leadership: Embark on a pioneering journey as CADDi's first remote sales roles, embodying the initiative, independence, and resilience required to succeed and set the standard for remote engagement in enterprise sales.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Extensive Experience: Proven track record of success in selling to large companies within specific verticals.
  • Complex Sales Processes: Deep understanding of complex sales processes and the ability to navigate them effectively.
  • Exceptional Communication: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working alongside C-suite, finance, and product teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a knack for identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
  • Travel and Collaboration: Willingness to travel and engage with clients in person for 50% of the time, with self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
