Enterprise Sales Professional

As an Enterprise Sales Professional at ZAG Zyklotron AG, you will play a key role in driving business growth and customer success in the Mid-Market/SMB segment. You will partner with our current customers to deliver value and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business customers to build strong relationships and develop strategies for enhancing their EHS programs.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and senior-level executives from small to medium-sized companies.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant client requirements and company events, and inform the VEHS team as needed.
  • Prioritize accounts and buyers within a territory based on ideal customer profiles and propensity to buy.
  • Build and maintain an accurate pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Follow a prescriptive sales playbook with defined sales stages, talking points, and more.
  • Lead qualified prospects through discovery calls, demos, and scope potential solutions based on customer needs.
  • Manage opportunities and close deals within defined timeframes.
  • Collaborate with internal partners on accounts, including Customer Success, Solutions Consultants, Renewals, Support, and Marketing.
  • Assist with customer support and renewal as needed.
  • Travel, present, and sell in trade show or event settings.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of closing, quota-carrying, sales experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience working with organizations of up to 1,000 employees.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with platform.
  • Experience within the environmental health and safety industry.
  • Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and forecasting skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to find and manage high-level business in an evangelistic sales environment.
  • Ability to gather and use data to inform decision-making and persuade others.
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers.
  • Ability to orchestrate the closure of business with an accurate understanding of prospect needs.
