About the Role

We're seeking a highly experienced Strategic Account Manager to lead and expand our business with one of our largest and most innovative customers.

As a key member of our team, you'll provide business leadership and creative direction for this highly visible customer, building and maintaining broad relationships, developing and managing opportunities, and leading a large team of extended resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN BROAD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS
  • DEVELOP AND MANAGE OPPORTUNITIES
  • LEAD A LARGE TEAM OF EXTENDED RESOURCES

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives
  • 7+ years of experience managing and orchestrating account team resources on behalf of customers
  • 7+ years of experience proactively growing customer knowledge and relationships within complex accounts

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Variable Pay and Equity

This position is eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. These plans pay according to achievement level against sales targets and/or business objectives. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
