We're a fast-growing software company headquartered in Atlanta, offering a modern cloud-based payroll, HR, and benefits solution for small to midsize businesses.

Our Partnerships team aims to create added value for our clients by partnering with industry-leading providers across various verticals to help businesses scale and diversify revenue and lead streams.

The Partnership Manager will work with existing partners to enhance relationships, drive growth through multiple mediums, and ensure a positive client and partner experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing partners
  • Develop strategic directions and objectives for partnership growth
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to develop and execute cross-functional partnership initiatives
  • Ensure a positive client experience by being the primary point of contact internally for any client escalations as a result of the partnership
  • Take ownership of partnership reporting and performance
  • Ensure our partnerships deliver the expected level of service promised to our clients
  • Serve as an ambassador for OnPay by driving partner and client satisfaction through effective communication and impactful engagement
  • Assist in negotiating business terms as the partnership scales
  • Attend industry networking events and conferences to build rapport in the community

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills

Education and Experience:

  • 2+ years of partnerships or channel sales experience, with a proven track record of nurturing and growing partnerships that add continual value to both the organization and the end client
  • College degree preferred
  • Background partnering with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in managing every stage of a project, from inception to execution
  • Payroll knowledge a plus
