Program Operations Specialist

Why This Role is Unique:

Boeing Intelligence & Analytics is on the lookout for a highly skilled Program Operations Specialist to facilitate the daily functions of the Program Management Office (PMO). This position entails the coordination and management of the PMO timetable, collaborating closely with the Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and various team leads. The Program Operations Specialist will serve as the primary liaison for the PMO, necessitating exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with program personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee program-related initiatives
  • Organize and schedule meetings
  • Manage conference room bookings
  • Facilitate training sessions for new project technologies or methodologies
  • Maintain accurate records of meeting minutes and action items
  • Assist in developing metrics for program management
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes for program staff

Qualifications and Experience:

To qualify for this challenging role, candidates should possess the following experience and qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

  • Education and experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) and typically 6 or more years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • Ten (10) years of relevant work experience
  • A minimum of six (6) years of experience managing programs with budgets exceeding $5M/year, including coordinating program activities, resources, personnel, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
  • Experience in supporting complex technical intelligence operations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Remote Work Options: Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Compensation Overview:

The compensation range is provided as a general guideline. Actual pay is determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

$120,000 - $130,000
