Job Summary

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Program Control Analyst to join our CODEX Business Unit in Annapolis Junction, MD. As a leading provider of Cyberspace Operations, Vulnerability Research, Cyber Defense & Resiliency, Data Intelligence, Software Modernization, Engineering and systems integration solutions to military, homeland security, law enforcement and civil affairs markets worldwide, we require a talented individual to perform a broad range of financial operation functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Financial business partnering with the integrated program team
  • Program financial analysis, invoice coordination and submission support
  • Funding planning, Estimates at Completion (EAC's), forecasting, deliverables support, spend plan updates/maintenance, billing and unbilled reconciliations
  • Cost and labor accounting transfers, charge authorizations, expense and transactional research/analysis/reconciliations
  • Ad hoc requirements as necessary
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 1 year Program Control/Accounting/Financial Analyst experience OR an Advanced degree in a related field and 0 years prior relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Working knowledge of Excel capabilities (Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Tables and Get Data) and fundamental Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Conditionals)
  • Enjoy working with data, completing reconciliations, resolving discrepancies and a strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to work proactively, and as a team member in a matrixed environment
  • Excellent initiative, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with an avid interest in learning and developing
  • Strong analytical acumen with the ability to understand financial responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and deliver on commitments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interface effectively with all levels of customers and organization
  • Clearable at the U.S. government issued TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance level is mandatory for this role. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a DoD contracting environment
  • Previous experience with Cost Reimbursement type contracts, preferably with an Award Fee component
  • Understands the business cycle including key program and business financial drivers
  • Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP))
