Job Summary

DCCA, a veteran-owned IT business, is seeking a highly skilled Program Integration Specialist to support a new prime contract for a Government program. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT program management, contract management, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate IT program activities, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and commercial clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and contractual requirements.
Requirements
  • Four years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor's Degree with a business focus or technical focus.
  • In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, and an additional three years of directly related experience for a total of seven years may be substituted.
  • Possess well-developed interpersonal, writing, and oral skills to effectively communicate at all levels.
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, including demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
  • Trained in the Lean Six Sigma Program is a bonus.
