Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Control Analyst to join our CODEX Business Unit in Annapolis Junction, MD. As a Program Control Analyst, you will perform a broad range of financial operation functions, providing financial support to various internal and external stakeholders as well as financial business partnering with the integrated program team.
Responsibilities
- Program financial analysis
- Invoice coordination and submission support
- Funding planning
- Estimates at Completion (EAC's)
- Forecasting
- Deliverables support
- Spend plan updates/maintenance
- Billing and unbilled reconciliations
- Cost and labor accounting transfers
- Charge authorizations
- Expense and transactional research/analysis/reconciliations
- Ad hoc requirements as necessary
Requirements
- Typically requires Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field and a minimum 1 year Program Control/Accounting/Financial Analyst experience OR an Advanced degree in a related field and 0 years prior relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Working knowledge of Excel capabilities (Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Tables and Get Data) and fundamental Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Conditionals)
- Enjoy working with data, completing reconciliations, resolving discrepancies and a strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to work proactively, and as a team member in a matrixed environment
- Excellent initiative, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with an avid interest in learning and developing
- Strong analytical acumen with the ability to understand financial responsibilities in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and deliver on commitments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interface effectively with all levels of customers and organization
- Clearable at the U.S. government issued TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance level is mandatory for this role. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
