Position Overview:

As a Military Operations Policy Specialist, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the realm of policy analysis, focusing on the research and evaluation of strategies, policies, and doctrines pertinent to military Cyberspace Operations across various levels including National, DoD, Service, and Command.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making regarding military operations in cyberspace.
  • Utilize your technical expertise to support high-level projects and contribute to the development of future policies governing military Cyberspace Operations.
  • Engage in interagency and coalition policy discussions, ensuring that all relevant authorities and concerns are effectively represented.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a policy analyst role within the US Government, Department of Defense, or Combatant Command focused on military operations.
  • Proven experience in conducting comprehensive research and analysis, contributing to the development and coordination of military strategy or doctrine.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong ability to prepare detailed reports and presentations on topics related to strategy, policy, and doctrine.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.
