Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Finance Specialist to join our team at Lockheed Martin. As a key member of our RMS - Cyber & Intelligence Finance & Business Operations team, you will be responsible for leading financial analysis on a contract/program and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial reports and invoices to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support program management decisions
  • Prepare and submit monthly customer invoices and CDRLs (CER, CDR) in a Microsoft Excel format
  • Conduct monthly sales variance analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Lead weekly labor reporting and monthly customer reporting
  • Collaborate with the program management team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in contract finance or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with a program management team and mentor early career employees
  • Active TS/SCI with FS Poly clearance required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with corporate financial systems (e.g. SAP, Hyperion)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including monthly EACs and monthly LOE labor invoices
  • Prior experience with month invoicing and improving cash conversion cycle
