Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our program management team, you will be responsible for tracking and executing programs to ensure the optimum mix of cost, schedule, performance, and system supportability throughout the life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist programs in developing actionable requirement packages and monitor delivery/performance of program-level requirements.
  • Monitor and report on the process to ensure all Programs are working validated and approved requirements across multiple fiscal years as directed by the appropriate Milestone Decision Authority (MDA).
  • Assist program managers in developing program documentation such as Program Management Plans (PMPs), Program Acquisition Strategies (PAS), Operational Capability Statement (OCS), T&E Master Plan (TEMP), Risk Management Plans, and program schedules.
  • Prepare and support delivery of presentations to assist with program and initiative status reviews such as Program Management Review (PMR), Quarterly Program Review (QPR), and Acquisition Review Board (ARB).
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor's Degree with a business focus or technical focus.
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, including demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, writing, and oral skills to effectively communicate at all levels.
