Position: Customer Service Operations Manager

Location: On-site

WHIZZ is a premier provider of cutting-edge transportation solutions for delivery personnel. We are in search of a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Operations Manager to enhance our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring efficient operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk personnel to guarantee that all guests are welcomed and attended to in a professional and amiable manner.
  • Welcome Guests: Personally greet and welcome visitors while ensuring the team upholds a high standard of hospitality.
  • Manage Incoming Calls: Handle and redirect phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, while training front desk staff on appropriate phone etiquette.
  • Maintain Front Desk Area: Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and well-maintained, supervising staff to uphold these standards.
  • Assist Customers with Questions: Provide timely and accurate information to customers and guide the front desk team in effectively addressing inquiries.
  • Oversee Mail and Deliveries: Supervise the management of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring efficient processing of all items.
  • Coordinate Appointments: Manage the scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings, delegating tasks to front desk staff as necessary.
  • Support Other Departments: Offer administrative assistance to other departments and supervise task allocation to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist capacity
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Availability for full-time on-site work
