About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our Airport Operations team at American Airlines. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer service skills.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
