Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at TLC Engineering Solutions. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to our staff to ensure the quality of all marketing efforts and client contact.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to meet business goals and client expectations
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to staff to ensure the quality of marketing efforts
- Assist regional and divisional leadership in meeting marketing goals and client expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development
- College degree in a relevant field (e.g. marketing, business, engineering)
- 8+ years of experience in a business development or marketing role
- Strong computer skills and software package knowledge
- Demonstrated success in marketing efforts and business development
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
