This role is pivotal in supporting Analysis Group's financial operations as a member of the Collections Team, which is integrated within the broader Client Finance division. Responsibilities include managing outstanding receivables and administrative tasks, as well as contributing to other strategic initiatives as required.


Key Responsibilities:

Receivables Management:
Assist the Collections Team in recovering outstanding receivables while maintaining shared reporting on OneDrive.


Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including case teams (Managing Principals, Principals, Vice Presidents), Accounting, and IT, as well as external clients to facilitate the collection of outstanding amounts.


Manage the shared collections inbox, which includes triaging emails and requests, responding to inquiries promptly, and ensuring the inbox remains organized.

Process daily deposits in the Finance software.

Customer Support – Provide timely and high-quality assistance to both internal and external requests.

Administrative Duties – Ensure that electronic records are properly maintained within network resources.


Special Projects – Engage in special projects as necessary to prepare Analysis Group for future performance enhancements focused on automation, scalability, and quality.

This position allows for hybrid working arrangements, with a requirement to be present in the office at least one day per week.

No direct reports.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

The ideal candidate will possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

Proficient in PC applications (Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive), with a strong emphasis on Excel for strategic analysis, financial modeling, and automation.

Familiarity with financial systems software (3E, StarCollect, Power BI Dashboards is preferred but not mandatory).

Attention to detail is crucial for delivering exceptional customer service.

Possess general business acumen to devise effective solutions.

Communicate clearly and concisely, actively listening to requests to provide appropriate responses.

Demonstrate strong organizational skills.

Work collaboratively with others, showing initiative and accountability.

Effectively resolve issues in a timely manner.

Exhibit an inclusive and growth-oriented mindset, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate diverse environments.
