About the Role:

Dice is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating a team of machine learning engineers building Expedia Group's Machine Learning Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop work plans to meet EG, Division, and Stakeholder strategic objectives.
  • Support and collaborate with multiple teams of machine learning scientists, engineers, and software developers.
  • Work with business product managers and technical leaders to conceive, scope, prioritize, architect, develop, and deliver capabilities for EG's Machine Learning Platform.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Assess bottlenecks in work processes within teams to streamline and simplify workflow.

Requirements:

  • Passion for AI, machine learning, and building software systems.
  • Solid technical background and experience in driving delivery of software or machine learning products end-to-end through agile methodologies.
  • Experience in building clear, concise, and well-structured functional material.
  • Ability to communicate a compelling rationale and narrative to peers and partners about the products and services produced by the team.
  • Familiarity with fundamental business, economics, mathematics, statistics, and computer science concepts.

What You'll Do:

This is a complex role with broad responsibilities that requires knowledge of and experience with machine learning and complex software projects.

You will work with a team of machine learning scientists, engineers, and software developers to deliver solutions end-to-end to help teams across the organization build AI applications at scale, thus impacting millions of customers worldwide.
