Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team at Insight Global. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for executing new business unit onboarding's to Identity Services, managing large cross-functional programs, and providing ongoing support for Tier 1 Business Units with ongoing Identity needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage scope, schedules, risks, external dependencies, and communication to business units and senior leadership.
  • Manage scope, schedules, external dependencies, and communication with the business, as well as effectively managing any needed compliance reviews.
  • Act as the interface between the Business unit and Tech team, helping to facilitate requests from business units for new tools, features, newsletters, or other system-related work.
  • Obtain all necessary approvals, schedule additional work with engineering, and secure legal approval for projects.
  • Work independently with a technical mindset, utilizing strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong documentation experience, specifically around processes.
  • Strong experience interacting with different stakeholders.
  • Experience with Atlassian productivity tools such as Jira, Slack, Confluence.
  • PM fundamentals, including experience serving as a liaison between business and technical teams, managing intake, approval, and delivery processes, managing scope, schedules, etc.
