Key Responsibilities- Define Requirements and Roadmaps: Develop multi-quarter or multi-year plans for complex programs, ensuring they're aligned with company goals.
- Coordinate Across Teams: Collaborate with various disciplines to meet project objectives and ensure timely delivery.
- Drive Visibility and Alignment: Establish mechanisms to keep all cross-engineering initiatives visible and aligned.
- Empower TPM Community: Contribute to designing and implementing a sustainable operating model to empower TPMs within the organization.
- Lead Key Initiatives: Oversee major technical and product-focused programs, ensuring their successful execution.
- Mentorship and Guidance: Provide mentorship to peers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher: In Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience: 9+ years in technical program/project management or similar fields.
- Large-Scale Project Management: Proven track record in managing and delivering large software development projects.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience collaborating across various functions with multiple dependencies and constraints.
- Effective Communication: Ability to establish credibility and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical partners, including executive staff.
