Job Title: Managed Accounts Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Managed Accounts Specialist to provide essential operational and service support for our Centrally Managed Platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Financial Advisors, their assistants, and internal Service Associates to ensure that advisor-driven requests are handled with precision and communicated to the Overlay Manager accurately and promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Operational Support: Provide timely and accurate support for Centrally Managed Platforms, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and activities.
  • Ensure Advisor-Driven Requests are Handled Efficiently: Verify that all requests are in good order and efficiently relayed to the Overlay Manager, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Understand and Manage Operational Aspects: Develop a deep understanding of the operational aspects, risks, and fees associated with various financial products, ensuring that you can effectively manage and communicate this information to stakeholders.
  • Conduct Thorough Research and Coordinate with Operations Departments: Conduct research and coordinate with multiple operations departments to resolve inquiries, providing timely and accurate solutions to stakeholders.
  • Excel in a Fast-Paced Environment: Maintain attention to detail even under pressure, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Uphold a Strong Commitment to Delivering Extraordinary Service: Provide exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 Year of Experience: Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in operations and customer service within the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
  • Reliable Internet Connection: Have reliable and consistent access to a stable internet connection.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring that you can effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Abilities: Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, ensuring that you can effectively manage and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring that you can effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Capability to Perform Under Pressure: Demonstrate the capability to perform under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, ensuring that you have the necessary education and training to excel in this role.
  • Series 7 and 63/66 Licenses: Possess Series 7 and 63/66 licenses, or be willing to obtain these licenses in the future.
  • Knowledge of Financial Markets and Platforms: Possess knowledge of financial markets and platforms, including Beta, Siebel, and Documentum, ensuring that you can effectively manage and communicate this information to stakeholders.
