Role Overview
This position acts as a vital business collaborator with the Aftermarket Service Products division. The main duties include the evaluation, strategic planning, and reporting of the Aftermarket Service Products Income Statement, overseeing product introductions, pricing assessments, and financial systems management. This role requires ongoing interaction with the ASP team and necessitates close cooperation with business stakeholders at various levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, analyze, and deliver financial reports to the Aftermarket and Business Unit Leadership Teams.
  • Engage with the business to pinpoint emerging challenges, risks, and opportunities; implement countermeasures as needed.
  • Formulate operational plans and periodic forecasts for the Aftermarket Service Products team, ensuring alignment with income statements, FOH, and Capex while maintaining budgetary compliance supported by clear business objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with Accounting to ensure compliance with IFRS standards.
  • Establish and document effective internal control processes and procedures.
  • Adhere to audit requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and eliminate non-essential activities.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as required.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business from an accredited institution.
  • 5-7 years of experience in controlling or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information to senior management succinctly.
  • Produce timely, accurate, and visually appealing financial presentations.
  • Self-driven to achieve high performance and deliver top-quality outputs.
  • Ability to collaborate across various functions and organizational levels.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Quick learner with the ability to deliver results with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team or independently to manage projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • General understanding of GAAP/IFRS principles and standards.
  • Experience with SAP/cbFC, OWL, Tableau, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Financial and operational knowledge of extended coverage or contract maintenance.
