Role Summary:
The Margin Operations Manager will lead a dedicated team and oversee margin processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. We are looking for a candidate with a background in banking or broker-dealer operations, particularly in margin management. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting various projects and process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise the team and manage activities related to trading in cash accounts while reviewing margin policies.
2. Provide continuous support, coaching, and constructive feedback to team members.
3. Foster a performance-driven culture to help associates achieve organizational objectives.
4. Assist in the creation, modification, implementation, and monitoring of controls and risk mitigation strategies.
5. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
6. Interpret and adapt to changes in regulatory rules.
7. Deliver exceptional service experiences for advisors and clients through operational excellence.
8. Build and maintain partnerships across the organization.
9. Address escalations and inquiries from service partners, advisors, and key stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a client-centric approach, strong attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. They should thrive in a team-oriented environment, contributing to both growth and innovation.

Qualifications:
1. 3-5 years of experience in financial services or prior supervisory experience is required.
2. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience is necessary.
3. Proficient in technical skills, including Microsoft applications.
4. Familiarity with Regulation T rules concerning Cash and Margin Accounts.
5. SIE and Series 7 or 99 licenses (to be obtained within 90 days of employment).

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $72,000 to $120,800. Actual base salary will vary based on relevant skills, prior experience, education, and geographic location.
