Position Overview:
As a Client Service Associate in Compliance, Registration, and Continuing Education, you will deliver exceptional customer service to a diverse group of financial advisors. You will be the primary contact for various inquiries related to rules, regulations, licensing, insurance appointments, and mandatory training.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of prior customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly acquire and retain knowledge in a fast-paced setting
- Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with mutual funds, annuities, general securities, and other financial products
- Understanding of FINRA, SEC, and State regulations

Licensing Requirements:
- FINRA SIE and Series 7 top-off must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in financial services with a focus on investment products
- Previous knowledge of securities and insurance licensing
- Proactive collaboration and service-oriented responses to escalated issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio.

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $20.48-$34.13 per hour. Actual base salary will vary based on factors such as relevant skills, prior experience, education, and geographic location.
