Role Overview
This position acts as a vital financial collaborator for the Aftermarket Service Products division. The main duties include the analysis, planning, and reporting of the Aftermarket Service Products Income Statement, overseeing product launches, pricing evaluations, and financial systems management. The role necessitates ongoing communication with the ASP team and requires strong collaboration with business partners across various levels.

Employee Support

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to the Aftermarket and Business Unit Leadership Teams.
  • Engage with the business to identify emerging issues, risks, and opportunities; establish countermeasures as necessary.
  • Develop operating plans and periodic forecasts for the Aftermarket Service Products team, including income statements, FOH, and Capex, ensuring expenditures align with planned targets and are supported by clear business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting to ensure compliance with IFRS.
  • Document and implement effective internal control processes and procedures.
  • Adhere to audit requirements.
  • Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and eliminate non-essential activities.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business from an accredited institution.
  • 5-7 years of experience in controlling or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management succinctly.
  • Produce timely, accurate, and visually appealing financial presentations.
  • Self-motivated to achieve high performance and deliver exceptional results.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and organizational levels.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Quick learner with the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team to manage projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • General understanding of GAAP/IFRS principles and standards.
  • Experience with SAP/cbFC, OWL, Tableau, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Financial and operational knowledge of extended coverage or other contract maintenance.
