We are currently looking for a highly organized and proactive Customer Service Representative to enhance our operational efficiency and support our plumbing professionals. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- High school diploma or GED certificate is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, scheduling, and dispatching, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- Proficient computer skills for managing operational systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while also collaborating as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and work schedules as necessary.
- Familiarity with the service area and/or map reading capabilities.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing terminology and prior industry experience is advantageous.
- A valid Driver's License and dependable transportation are required.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, delivering prompt and courteous assistance to clients and team members.
- Schedule appointments and service calls for plumbing technicians, optimizing routes for maximum efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and technician schedules utilizing our field service management software.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content using design tools.
- Manage the company's social media presence, posting updates and engaging with followers.
- Support the organization and participation in promotional events and networking functions, which may include weekends.
- Possess the ability to drive a vehicle and maintain a current driver's license for commuting as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift or carry, push or pull, reach overhead, keyboard, and perform both gross and fine manipulation.
- Must be capable of fulfilling assigned schedules as required by job demands.
