Additional Duties May Include:

  • Clearly articulating program policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Performing daily administrative tasks related to office operations.
  • Engaging in data entry, answering calls, and utilizing data management systems.
  • Tracking program components and activities, including worksite and internship development.
  • Submitting reports to program supervisors and management regarding urgent matters.
  • Assisting in building and coordinating relationships with employers to facilitate internship and employment opportunities.
  • Supporting the preparation of presentations and program guidance to effectively communicate program objectives.
  • Reviewing monitoring notes from community partners, identifying discrepancies, and escalating concerns to supervisors.
  • Conducting reviews of program files and performing administrative audits to ensure compliance while safeguarding participant information.
  • Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills to document program activities effectively.
  • Evaluating provider responses to assess sustainability for future program funding.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and two years of experience in community work or related activities; or
2. A high school diploma or equivalent with six years of experience in community work or related activities; or
3. An equivalent combination of education and experience as described above, with at least one year of experience as specified in option 1.
