Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Forecasting Models: Create and update models to forecast property taxes for buildings under various abatement programs, taking into account changes in tax laws, abatement programs, and market trends.
- Property Valuation Assessment: Determine the fair market value of real estate based on analysis and prepare detailed reports outlining findings and rationale for property tax assessment.
- Collaboration with Attorneys: Partner with attorneys to present valuation information for Tax Commission hearings and provide expert testimony as needed.
- Process Improvement: Identify technologies to enhance forecasting and property valuation processes, with a focus on improving efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
