Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Social Histories
    • Gather necessary information to conduct thorough social histories.
  • Administer Psychological Evaluations
    • Administer psychological evaluations to assess clients' mental health and functional capacity.
  • Conduct Mental Health Screenings
    • Conduct mental health screenings to identify potential issues and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Write Comprehensive Evaluation Reports
    • Write detailed evaluation reports and social histories to document clients' progress and outcomes.
  • Develop Recommendations
    • Develop recommendations for service tracks based on clinical evaluation and interview results.
  • Participate in Team Meetings
    • Participate in team meetings to evaluate and improve clinical assessment processes.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Training
    • Participate in required training related to the position and its responsibilities.
  • Adhere to Company Policies
    • Understand and adhere to Equus Workforce Solutions' policies and procedures related to clinical assessments and physician review requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Three years' experience in conducting medical evaluations resulting in functional capacity outcome determinations.
  • Qualifications
    • NYS Licensed Clinical Psychologist
  • Skills
    • Fluency in a language other than English a plus
    • Superior time management skills with ability to complete evaluations and written reports within tight time frames
    • Excellent communication skills, particularly with individuals from a wide range of socio-economic backgrounds
    • Ability to maintain and complete clinical documentation consistently
